2012 Chevy Camaro Convertible


The ultimate muscle car is about to take its top off. Coming this spring, the Camaro Convertible will arrive at our dealership with all of the performance and handling of its traditional hard top sibling. The only thing missing will be the roof - but you won't mind. 

Performance

Even though the Camaro Convertible has a raucous 312hp direct injection V6, it manages a stellar 29 mpg on the highway. After all, you can have fun and still be responsible. You might even be having to much fun with the top down to notice your great gas mileage.

Yearning for even more power? We've got you covered. The SS version possesses a 6.2L v8 with 426 hp and 24 mpg.

Technology

The Camaro Convertible is a mobile technology hub. If you've got a gadget it probably plugs in to the Camaro. 

Bluetooth is available for hands free calls which can be controlled through steering wheel mounted controls. A USB port is available to plug in your iPod or flash drive so you can listen to your favorite tunes. You'll have OnStar Turn-by-Turn Navigation standard for the first six months of your experience. XM Radio comes standard for three months with every type of programming you could ask for, from sports and comedy to family and news. Oh yeah, and a bevy of music channels are available as well. 

This will all sound immaculate coming from your Boston Acoustics premium nine-speaker system. We're not sure how they fit all of those speakers in, but frankly we're too busy cruising to our favorite tunes with the top down to care.

Apps

There are a couple of iPhone Apps available for download that will work with you new convertible. The MyChevrolet App is free and allows you to locate your nearest dealer (Uftring Chevy of course), schedule maintenance (at Uftring Chevy of course) and get in touch with roadside assistance. You can also use it to mark where you parked your car and set an alarm for when the parking meter will be running out of time and change. 

The second app is OnStar MyLink, which is included for the first six months of ownership. You can check vehicle diagnostics, control the door locks and remotely start your vehicle. All from your phone. Yes, your friends will be impressed.
