The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette's exterior features a sharper profile, a carbon fiber hood, a second side window not seen in a Corvette since 1962. Most notably, the 2014 Corvette features a completely remodeled tail end with rear tail lights that look similar to its Chevrolet brother, the Camaro. Under the hood, this new generation of Corvette includes direct injection, variable valve timing and an active fuel management system. 7-speed manual or 6-speed automatic (with paddle shifters) are the two available transmission options.
