Position Information:
The Quick Lube Technician will perform basic maintenance on all types of vehicles, to ensure efficient operation, working within dealership and factory quality and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will also perform multi point safety inspections.
Keep work area clean and orderly.
Note additional work needed and provide cost estimate.
Keep supplies stocked.
Assist porter and advisors on drive as needed.
Attend training and shop meetings.
Display a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Must be organized and able to work unsupervised.
Previous mechanical experience or schooling a must.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Must have knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, including warranty guidelines.
Ability to operate power tools, hand tools and other equipment.
Must have a valid Illinois drivers license with a good driving record.
Hours:
7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 Saturday a month: 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding position. Technician may stand six to eight hours during a shift, will lift up to 70 pounds, and will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials

Determine cause of malfunction through the use of test equipment, test drive, service information (bulletins), and information supplied by customers.
Provide service advisors with accurate information for repairs (cost, parts needed, time, etc).
Review vehicle history files, promote the sales of labor and parts as needed on vehicles.
Report any damage or injury to service m manager immediately.
Maintain regular attendance at shop meetings.
Tasks:
Document work performed and applicable technical information.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Return Company tools to designated areas daily.
Use all necessary precautions with customer vehicles (safety and cleanliness).
Test drive with customers when necessary to prevent comebacks.
Maintain required production levels 100?110%.
Qualifications:
Ability to work well with others.
Desire to do tasks correctly the first time.
Goal oriented.
Technical training.
Certification or previous experience in a related position.
Professional attitude and capable of working with customers.
Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance.

Position Information:
The Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the Facility Manager and Owners in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the Sales Department and in measuring the performance of the employees of the department.
Responsibilities:
Training and motivation of the sales staff.
Desking car deals, showroom control and double closings and quoting lease payments.
Working with Managers on advertising campaigns.
Follow-up with sales consultants, oversee their follow-up program and teach them the importance of it.
Maintain acceptable CSI.
Assist with dealer trades.
Assist with inventory control of new and used and monitoring prices for both new and used.
Stay abreast of manufacturers incentives.
Assist with F&I to maximize dollars per car.
Work with the sales team on lot display, reconditioning and making sure that the cars are ready to sell.
Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
Conduct sales and training meetings.
Assist in used car comments on internet.
Qualifications:
Two years minimum sales experience with a proven track record..
Previous experience in F&I.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Valid Illinois Driver's License with a good driving record.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Mark of Excellence.
EBE Trained.
ERA Ignite qualified.
Hours:
Monday through Saturday with 1 day off during the week. M-W-Th: 8am-8pm T-F: 8am-6pm and Sat: 8am-5pm
